- These rooms are for up to 4 occupants and at least one occupant must be at least 21 years of age. Guest must also have a Major credit or a bank debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo, plus valid government issued id to check in.
- All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. If you book your travel dates, and you do not end up traveling then the fees and taxes paid are non refundable. Reservations are based on availability and will not be available during major holidays or resort special events. Check in is available 7 days a week.
- The expiration date on this certificate pertains only to redemption of this certificate and not actual travel. You must activate this certificate within 7 days of receiving it. Travel can be completed within 18 months after activation. Once your travel dates have been confirmed changes are not allowed.
- Only one certificate per household and resort will only honor one certificate per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, only 1 party can use the complimentary vacation certificate if more than one room is booked for same dates. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.
- User must be a U.S. or Canadian resident (excluding Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) and must reside at least 100 miles away from destination resort of choice or choose a different resort offer from the available destination options.
- This certificate has no cash surrender value, void if discontinued and where prohibited by law. The terms of this offer are subject to change without notice. Our hotel provider reserves the right to offer other hotels with equal or similar value with certificate holder approval if required due to availability. - When booking, you may be offered opportunities to upgrade. You will also be offered some other FREEBIES! Please keep in mind that you will be asked to attend a resort discovery tour of the property where they will introduce them to the benefits of resort membership or ownership and their frequent visitor plans. This takes a quick 90 minutes and only for the those who choose to upgrade to or to receive the awesome FREEBIES!
Most of our clothing is true size but because we use four different vendors there are items that may run smaller or bigger than others. If this is the case, we will make sure to inform you of that in the item description so be sure to read EVERY description of the item/s you are wanting to purchase. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
